Chris Ostoich
Chris Ostoich is a serial entrepreneur and investor. He serves as Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at LISNR, the world's leading data-over-audio platform. Under Chris' leadership, the company has raised more than $50MM in venture capital (from the likes of Visa, Intel and Synchrony Financial), joined the TechStars Connected Devices Accelerator, grown to more than 50 employees in 3 offices, won a Gold Lion at Cannes Lions International Festival for Creativity, and has been named to CNBC's Disruptor50 four times.
In addition to LISNR, Chris also serves as Founder and Chairman of global talent series DisruptHR; and head of digital strategy for ArtsWave, greater Cincinnati's local arts agency and the nation's first and largest community campaign for the arts.
Chris is a sought after public speaker, a contributing writer in Forbes, Fast Company and Inc., and an active investor in a variety of companies including FC Cincinnati, SoloFunds, Ember, and many more.

Vince Czepukaitis has owned and operated multiple business concepts in his career. His focus on new business development and operational excellence has led to vibrant growth in diverse industries.
Vince has deep experience in franchising and business operations. In his most recent venture he was instrumental in the inception, development and growth of a premium fitness franchise, CycleBar. The brand grew from inception in 2014 to over 120 open units and more than 350 sold in less than 3 years leading to exit to private equity.
During his time in college Vince played varsity football and spent a semester abroad in London where he caught the travel bug, and has since stamped his passport in over 20 different countries.
Vince enjoys spending family time in Cincinnati with his wife, two children and two huge Bernese Mountain Dogs.
